How I Work

Buying 

1. I will touch base with you on a weekly basis unless I find a house that meets your search

    criteria in which case I will contact you immediately. I check my cell, text and emails throughout

    every day of the week.

2. I will pre-screen each house that fits your criteria to save you time.

3. We have excellent referrals in the mortgage industry so you can find the mortgage lender that

    meets your needs.

4. I will walk you through the entire process of buying a home so you can anticipate what will come

    next, eliminating uncertainty. 

5. We also have great referrals for home inspectors and I will meet with them at your home to be

    during the inspection. My extensive construction management background will aid you when determining

    which of the inspectors comments are serious or more superficial in nature.  I will help determine the cost

    to correct deficiencies and work with the seller to cover these costs.

Selling

1. I will touch base with you on a weekly basis unless I find a buyer in which case I will contact you immediately.

    I check my cell, text and emails throughout every day of the week.

2. The value of your home will be determined by comparing your home to recently sold homes in your

    neighborhood, subtracting and adding for the value of different features. I will personally visit these other

    homes for up to date accuracy.

3. Prior to listing your home I will offer recommendations on how to market your home so it will receive top dollar.

4. Once listed your property will be listed on www.BDHomes.com with numerous color photos.

5. I will keep you informed on a regular basis on what other similar properties have sold or been listed so you have

    up to the date information on what is happening in the market.

6. My goal will be to exceed your expectations as I guide you through the entire process. From proper pricing, marketing,

    negotiating offers and counter offers, to dealing with low appraisals and overcoming home inspection deficiencies.
